Aqua replied, "Yes sir." Aqua walked off with his hands clamped together causing darkness to spread wherever he went, so that he couldn't be seen.

Hawkeye: *she salutes Aqua as he walks out the door. then she turns to Roy.* With all due respect sir... why wont you let Ray do somethings... after all she is a part of this military...

Roy: Yes but she still new to this stuff...

Hawkeye: She has been here for 4 years...

Roy: Yes... but she's still doesnt know too much about the outside feild...

Hawkeye: Thats because you wont let her... Roy I know your trying to protect her, but sometimes its okay to let go...

Roy:... Fine go get her...

Hawkeye: *she smiles.* Sir...

She placed the screw driver down and sighed in relief. "All done! This time nothing is missing or out of place."

Winry looked over and checked the arm. Nothing was out of place or missing. "Good job Erin. It's all complete now.”

“Yay! Where’s father?”

“He’s with your Uncle right now. They’ll be back soon,” said Winry, grabbing the screw driver Erin was using. Erin left the room and looked outside through the window. Winry seemed a bit worried about Erin. “Erin, what’s wrong?”

“Just miss my friends at the military. Guess even 2 years of not working there still makes me think about it. I just wanted to spend time with you and dad. I rarely even saw both of you and the work was stressful,” Erin said as she began to think of Ray and Aqua.

“You might see them again so don’t worry.” Winry tried cheering Erin up, but it seemed to fail.

Ray: *she had a frown on her face.* What is it this time?...

Roy: Thats no way to treat your superior... after all not before you get your shot at a really investagation...

Erin looked over at Winry and placed a frown on her face. "Yea... maybe..." She walks upstairs and enters her room. Erin opens her closet and sees her alchemy clothes. The front door opened with two man walking in.

"Al, it's nice to see you. Erin, your uncle is here," Winry shouted.

Erin quickly reacted and rush down the stairs. She hugged Al. "Uncle Al! It's nice to see you again!"

"It's nice to see you too," Al said as Ed walked over to Erin.

"Dad, where were you?!"

"Erin, I told you I was going with your Uncle to the next town to get a few things. Oh yea..." He give Winry a bag. "Some of the items you wanted me to pick up."

"Thanks Ed," Winry said smiling and walking into the Automail room to put the items away.

Erin blinked a bit then just remember. "Opps, yea I remember you telling me. I just had a few things on my mind that was blocking it."

"Like what?"

"Just my friends at the Military. You would be upset too if you haven't seen anyone in two years right?"

"Ummm... yea." The only person Ed missed was Winry during his and Al's adventure trying to find the Philosopher's Stone.

*Ray, Roy, And Hawkeye were walking towards the Elrics home (they got on the express train lol)*

Ray: So when we get there... what are we doing?...

Roy: Well im gonna see if Edward has grown a little... I really dought it though... I swear I use to lose the guy behind my paper work...

Ray: *sigh* I just can't wait to see if Erin has improved on her automail skills...

Hawkeye: Oh thats right, Erin did follow her mother and grandmother...

Ray: *she noods*

Roy: Automail?!.. Please... the only good thing that kid has going for her is her alchemy ability...

Ray: your just mad cuz she can do more than alchemy... So dad... or should I say Roy...? What are you planning?...

Roy: Well the King has been presing me with these dangerous investagations... and because I only have one brave subordanet and thats Hawkeye... I need one skilled alchemist. Or maybe two... thats where the Elrics come in...

Roy: No, no your still on coffee duty after this...

Hawkeye: Calm down... we're here...

Both Erin, Al, and Ed heard the familiar voice. Ed and Erin slowly turned their heads to the window.

"Oh no, don't tell me it's..," both Ed and Erin said as they looked out the window. "Crap, he just had to show up." Ed sighed sadly. Both of them saw Roy.

Erin looked over and saw Ray. She placed a smile on her once depressed face. "Ray!" She busted out of the home and ran over to Ray. "Ray, long time no see," she said happily. "Hello Hawkeye and... Roy..."

Ed walked out of the home, not to pleased seeing Roy. "What's with the surprise visit Colonel?!"

Aqua was just standing near them and he walked over to Ray and Erin and said, "Hi, what's up? Also, Roy, since your here I guess you won't be needing me to do that mission you asked me to do."

Ray: Erin its been too long!!

Hawkeye: Hello Erin... *she smiled*

Roy: This is no time for freedly greetings... Edward, you seem so unhappy to see me... after all ive done for you...

Ray: There he goes bragging again... so Erin, what have you been up to?...

Roy: Well Aqua it would seem that way but you can never be to sure... Stand down unless I need you... *he looked at Ed* Well Ed I just came to vist. Me and the family... *he looked from Ray to Hawkeye then back to Ed.* So how has the country life been treating ya?...

Ray: *sigh* Why is he beating around the bush?...

Aqua replied, "Because thats what he loves to do."

Ray: Dad how about telling Ed what you came for!!! Nobody likes it when you drag things around!!!

Roy: Ray stay out of my conversations!!!! When we get back your gonna be making me a huge cup of coffee!!!

Ray: Grrr!!! Coffee duty?!... He's out of his mind if he thinks i'll be making his coffee for ever...

Kyle walked into Central and looked around. "Man its quiet in here... I wonder if anyone is here..." He walks towards Roy's office but before he could knock he was stoped by Fallmen, who told him the colonel, along with Hawkeye and their daughter Ray, were out. "Man... this place really is empty..." You got any idea where they went?..." "Yeah they went to a place called Resumbule..." Fallmen replied. "Hey thats where the Elrics live... hey they have that daughter named Erin... and since Ray is there... im in." Kyle smiles as he walked ou the door and headed towards the train station.

Yep, Roy still treats her like that, Erin thought smiling towards Ray. "Nothing really, just praticing on my alchemy and helping my mom on the automail." She looked over at Aqua. "Hey Aqua, it's been a while."

Ed knew that Roy wasn't here just for a visit. He would never do such a thing. "I know you aren't here just for a small visit. There's something you want me to do right?"

Roy: *he smiled* You really think you know me, don't you Ed?...

Hawkeye: Sir... might I suggest you skip to the point?...

Roy: *sigh* Well I guess I can't get any fun... Well Ed your famous around Central and after all these years, your still wanted to serve the state. Both you and your daughter Erin. The King himself requested that I find a suitable alchemist. So I thought-

Ray: He means mom and I thought for him...

Roy: It was my idea!!! *he turns back to Ed.* Anyways I THOUGHT that you and your daughter would be perfect for the job... besides even if you turn down my offer, lets not forget your still oblagated to the state...

Ray: Dad said it himself that Ed payed off his debt... not that he had much anyways

Ray: Yeah Erin?... *she placed a huge smile on her face.* Wanna come back to the military? We can hang out just like old times!!
